Shan's star
Marshall and Shanna met through a mutal friend
while Shan was attending the University of Western Ontario.
Following Shan's death, Marshall created his own tribute...
a musical tribute...in his song Soldiers.
Although not yet released,
Marshall graciously allowed TEAM SHAN to use an edited version
in our 30 second and 60 second radio PSAs.
After hearing Soldiers for the first time, a friend was quoted as saying, "We're losing people all around us, but we have to "keep on trying" to use their spirit as our power to persevere."
